Biography:
Blanca Guerrero is a postdoctoral researcher in the Graduate Program in Nutrition and Health at the Federal University of Espírito Santo, Brazil. She holds master’s degrees in Health Sciences from the School of Medicine of ABC, Brazil, and in Public Health from the University of Limerick, Ireland, as well as a PhD in Health Sciences from Centro Universitário ABC. Her current research examines the intersection of clinical outcomes, patient experiences, and postoperative adaptation after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, using mixed methods to integrate clinical data with physical, behavioral, and psychosocial perspectives.
