Biography:
Florida Uzoaru is an assistant professor of Health Systems Administration and Population Health Management whose work centers on healthcare equity, and the structural factors that shape access, quality, and outcomes. Her research examines how policy, organizational design, and service delivery influence population health, with particular attention to vulnerable and underserved groups. She is interested in evidence-based strategies that improve care delivery and reduce disparities across healthcare settings. Her scholarship also explores emerging issues at the intersection of health policy, practice, and technology, emphasizing practical, research-driven approaches to understanding and improving complex healthcare systems and advancing more equitable health outcomes.
