Katherine Victorío is a physician and public health researcher specializing in socio‑health research, field epidemiology, and clinical research methods. With over 15 years of experience leading health research projects in public health and health systems management, she focuses on turning routine data into actionable evidence for decision‑making. She currently leads the Department for the Development of Health Technologies at the Dominican Republic’s Ministry of Public Health, advancing surveillance analytics, diagnostic policy, and implementation. Her recent work analyzes 2023–2024 dengue surveillance to quantify time‑to‑care and build timeliness dashboards for early testing and reporting.
