Dr. Nicole Galan Baez is a medical doctor and epidemiologist dedicated to public health research and evidence-based policy. She currently serves as a Research Analyst at the Ministry of Public Health of the Dominican Republic, focusing on the design and evaluation of national health programs. An Associate Editor for the Dominican Journal of Public Health and member of the ETIKOS Foundation Ethics Committee, her work prioritizes research ethics and strengthening national health evidence.
