Biography:
LT Rashmita Subedi is a Public Health Advisor and Project Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health, where she manages federal grants and supports community-based programs focused on prevention, outreach, education, language access, chronic disease, and maternal health. She previously served at SAMHSA, advancing mental health and substance use initiatives for underserved populations. Her foundation in health began as a nurse and educator in Nepal, shaping her commitment to patient-centered care and community health. She also supported COVID-19 response work with Bhutanese refugees in Ohio. She holds an MPH from Walden University, MN and a BSN from Purbanchal University, Nepal.
