Biography:
Sharun is a PhD candidate in the Department of Pediatrics at Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, India, working under the supervision of Prateek Bhatia. Her research focuses on environmental carcinogenesis in pediatric leukemia, integrating pesticide and heavy metal exposure assessment with ultra-deep next-generation sequencing and epigenetic profiling to identify exposure-linked leukemogenic mechanisms and vulnerable precursor clones.
