Title : The nutritional management of healthy menu plans
Abstract:
Proper nutrition is fundamental for maintaining health, preventing chronic diseases, and supporting optimal physical and mental performance. The modern dietary guidelines define Daily Recommended Values (DRV) for a broad spectrum of nutrients, including macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals. The scientific research in nutrigenomics and precision nutrition highlights the crucial role of individualized dietary plans to optimize the healthspan. Despite significant advances, important knowledge gaps remain regarding long-term intervention studies and the translation of mechanistic findings into personalized clinical practice. Current studies often optimize the macronutrients DRV content and a limited set of micronutrients from different sources, without enforcing restrictions to prevent repetition of key nutrient sources or meals recipes in a pre-planified cycle of 7, 14 or 28 days. Beyond the existing software tools with AI assistance, the author goes further by trying to reach a scientific solution of optimal meals planning for the specific needs involved in mental health preservation and medical recovery. The present scientific study propose an optimised management of healthy menu plans for fully optimized, nutritionally complete, 14-day meal plans while maintaining non-repetition of nutrient sources and dishes recipes. The scientific research aims to fill this gap by developing a harmonised, comprehensive, software application for generating 30-day nutritionally complete and diverse meal plans, using global nutrient database and both linear and combinatorial optimization techniques for problem solving. Also, the using of the software programs dedicated to the calculation of the required nutritional labelling information offer, also, approximate values of the nutrition value depending on proposed mathematical algorithm, the nutriments energy coefficient, the nutrients bioavailability, the compatibility with the dishes recipes, the correct denomination of the ingredients.
