Adele A. Webb, PhD, RN, FNAP, FAAN, is an accomplished healthcare executive, nurse educator, and international consultant with more than 40 years of leadership experience in healthcare, higher education, and workforce development. As Executive Dean of Healthcare Initiatives at Strategic Education, Inc., she leads innovative programs that advance nursing education, population health, and healthcare workforce readiness. A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and the National Academies of Practice. Dr. Webb is a recipient of the DAISY Award for Excellence in Nursing Education and is recognized globally for her expertise in curriculum innovation, leadership development, public health, and healthcare transformation.
